No better way to get to your appointment with the bike fitter than by riding, right?

Doing my best to gauge how long it will take me to ride places so I can do appointments like this via bike versus car. I gave myself two hours to get to the fitters and it took me about an hour and a half. I’d rather be early than late. Besides it gave me the chance to grab a coffee and pastry from Pete’s and relax a little before heading inside.

Appointment went well and for the most part everything was still in the right place from last time. After checking my knee tracking we decided to bump the saddle up 5 mm and make an adjustment to my right cleat.

The saddle adjustment felt a better on the ride into work, but hard to really tell considering it was all downhill. The ride home this evening will be a better test.
