Feeling really good today! A stark change from Sunday. Not sure where it came from but I hope it persists.

Posted this ride over to GVC and had a nice crew to ride out with today. Had a really good time leading. Was definitely pushing the pace and hope everyone will come out and ride with me leading again.

Had a great afternoon hanging at the house and relaxing after such a tough ride. Looking forward to wrapping up the work week tomorrow while staying off the bike.
