Quite the chilly morning. Felt really good after taking the weekend off. Had some serious pain in my left quad for most of the day Friday and it was slightly less on Saturday. While I certainly wanted to get out there and at least put on some easy miles, I didn’t want to be fighting the wind. Saw several others out there braving it and I tip my hat to them.
