Commute Loop – 2024.10.14

Ahh the joys of commuting in Las Vegas, you really can’t beat it. From breathing in the dust of an imploded hotel in the morning to being told to “get off the street”, having a 30ft box truck nearly running a stop sign to broadside you, to having someone in a beat up Hyundai yelling out their window “faggot” as they go by all within a 2.5 mile stretch of road on the way home. Ain’t nothing better in the cycling world.

Solid Z2 kind of day. The legs are still sore from the weekend’s DC, but they feel much better than this time last week. I’ll probably do more of the same for the rest of the week and then pick up my impromptu intervals next week.
