Original Bandok title: I’m a cycle-path.
Pretty uneventful commute today.
I did really beat myself up on the way home though. Had a rough end of the day at the office, and spent way too much of the ride home ruminating. After crossing Sunridge Heights, I’d honestly had enough of my own negativity. I figured if I beat the crap out of myself I’ll be too busy struggling for air and keeping my eyes uncrossed to be negative. Off I went and just continued to hit climb after climb after climb just doing my best to keep thinking about pushing hard versus the day. Sitting here now before bed writing about the last three rides I think it worked.
