Evening Commute – 2021.02.24

Well that was just insane. Numerous PRs and a top 3 on one segment. Only required a 20 MPH tailwind to get there! As fun as that may sound, I was white knuckling it on several stretches. While heading east along Harmon I couldn’t get to McLeod quick enough. Was seriously worried with a couple of the stronger gusts. Once I made that turn onto McLeod it was much smoother sailing. Thoroughly enjoyed the ride and only had a little trouble along Reunion along the unprotected stretches.

Watching the weather forecast for the morning, it looks like they’re talking similar winds during my commute. Seriously doubting I’ll be commuting in the morning, but I’ll wait to see what things look like in the morning.
