Great way to finish up the weekend. Really put in some miles the last couple days and today is just the cherry on top.
Had an absolute blast out there with the Green Valley Cyclists gang. One of the members met up with a visitor, Sergio, from Miami who wanted to tag long. Only instead of tagging along he lead out the entire group even getting quite the breakaway going on the ride back. We were just flying! Sergio and two of the others formed a nice breakaway that the rest of us just couldn’t quite nail down. Was leading the attacking back with a couple guys behind, but the one time we caught them was as we started a climb and I was needing a breather. It was all fun in the spirit of riding and when we all regrouped we were all smiles and laughter.
