Morning Commute – 2021.09.20

Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

Friday night body was telling me it was time to take a break. Took the entire weekend off despite really wanting to get out and ride. Feel it paid off as I’m feeling really good this morning.

Ride in started kinda chilly, a sign winter is coming. The winds were out of the north/northeast which was something different. Got pushed around a little on the downhill portion of Anthem Pkwy between Hampton and Reunion. Just enough to make sure you’re paying attention.

Thankfully the rest of the ride was uneventful. Hoping the northern winds last to give me a nice tailwind for the ride home.
