Commute Loop – 2022.01.20

I think all these miles are starting to catch up with me. Was starting to feel sluggish as I turned onto Pecos from Warm Springs. The feeling continued all the way home. Felt like I was barely moving. When I look at the splits the numbers are pretty much average. Maybe a nice sleep tonight will fix things for tomorrow.

Was super excited to catch the light at Harmon and University Center green. It’s one of those short lights. Usually I have to stop at Harmon and Paradise and when it turns green you have to really push it to catch the University Center light while it’s still green. Was hooting and hollering after crossing University Center with excitement. Only required 1000 watts to make it happen, lol.

Watching the weather tonight I’m going to try to ride in to work. Looks like the strongest winds won’t start until mid-morning. Then we’ll see how strong they are when it comes to riding home. Worse comes to worse I’ll have the kiddo come get me.
