Commute Loop – 2022.09.06

Definitely a scorcher out there today. The morning ride in wasn’t too terrible, but the ride home was definitely toasty.

One of the worst things about commuting in the afternoon is feeling the heat come off the cars while you’re waiting at a light. Big domestic SUVs and trucks seem to be the absolute worst. Bad enough having a wind making you feel like you’re in a convection oven. The engine fan just kicks it up a notch.

Had fun taking some side streets along the way to pick up some additional Wandrer miles. Think that’s going to be a thing for a while. Might as well have some fun with my commutes and explore new neighborhoods.
