Happy to be home and back riding to work.
Riding in my legs were certainly feeling fresh and the heart was just raring to go. Had difficulty keeping my heart rate in zone 2. Not sure if it’s because I’m so rested, was loaded on caffeine, or something else. Other than that everything was fine and was feeling great.
Ride home was good just the wind was frustrating. Got knocked around a little but once I was into the neighborhoods it wasn’t so bad. The climbs up in Anthem were certainly a pain with the added head wind. Hoping the winds die down enough to allow a ride on Wednesday.
