Woot woot Lifetime Friyays are back! I look forward to the every summer. Missed most of them in 2022 due to an injury. When I got back into town after my 2023 tour the rides were just wrapping up. Great way to add some extra miles and really earn my breakfast afterwards to boot.
Great ride with a solid little group. Not sure if everyone still had their trainer legs on, I’m stronger, or we just kept a true B Group pace, but the ride wasn’t nearly as tough as I remember.
