A fairly bone standard day of commuting with a loop out to the dentist for good measure. I do have to hand it to my dentist and their office staff though. I’ve rode into their office on a few occasions and never once have they given me grief about bringing my bike into the office and parking it in the lobby. Granted, I’m usually the last appointment for the day preferring a late afternoon appointment versus an early morning one. Either way, kudos to Dr. Hill and his staff for being so accommodating.
After my appointment, I had a go at Horizon Ridge as an interval. I started just west of Arroyo Grande and didn’t stop until Green Valley Pkwy. It made for a solid five and a half minutes of Z5. I sprinkled in a few more for good measure before making it home.
