Commute Loop – 2025.02.03

Mid-70s for the afternoon high temperature? Low- to mid-50s at sunrise? I’ll take it, that’s for sure. It is so much easier going out the door when you know the weather is going to be drop dead gorgeous. Nearly nothing but summer gear going out the door this morning. Only clothing not strictly summer would be the wool baselayer and socks which were largely for the morning ride.

The ride into the office was amazing. It was so nice I nearly didn’t stop and just kept on riding. I could have easily rode aimlessly throughout the entire valley all day with today’s conditions.

The ride home was just as nice even after the sun went down. I wouldn’t mind several weeks of this kind of riding weather.
