Commute Loop – 2026.02.09

Does this ride count towards the “IAMS Wag Your Way to Strong Muscles and Healthy Energy” Strava challenge? I mean sure the challenge description mentions doing an activity with “your dog” but certainly any pet would count right? Even a pet Moose?

I will say though that knowing Moose was expecting me to ride provided the motivation I needed to ride in this morning. After this weekend’s double, I could have easily taken an additional day off. The legs feel good on the bike, but once I’m off the bike the aches kick in. That’s especially true when I flex my quads while trying to stretch. Just really feel the soreness.
