Boy was that a toughy. Second ride with the LifeTime crew and we were just MOVING. Was out there just crushing it doing my best to keep up. Got a ton of PRs because I was getting towed, but you gotta take what you can get.
First time ever doing the Boulder City Airport Loop, ran out of gears, and got to watch everyone just pull away. Then the uphill/grindfest section started. Got dropped several times and was left bring up the rear, but for being only my second time out with these monsters I’ll take it.
Looking forward to a chill afternoon with some ice on the knee, a recovery meal, and an endless supply of ice water.
