This aggression will not stand.

Had to get the miles in early today since the heat is coming. Was a nice little spin over to Southern Highlands before coming back to Green Valley.

Felt really strong, but still have soreness that develops in my right knee as the ride gets longer. Probably would have done it some good if I’d started back the first time I came to Green Valley Parkway, but I still felt good so I jumped down to the 215 trail. The plan was to go to Acacia Park before turning back along Paseo Verde. Unfortunately, the trail is still closed at Reunion Trails Park. I took that as a sign that I should start home so back to Paseo Verde I went.

Finished up with a nice climb up Atchley/Somersworth before coasting, for the most part, home. Have big plans for a double metric on Saturday down in SoCal of which a majority is along a dedicated multi-use path. Looking forward to it.
