Riding without pain makes such a difference. Happy to report that the ride home was pain free which is a huge change from last Wednesday. Bummed I won’t be riding tomorrow, but family responsibilities take priority. Probably for the best that I don’t jump right back in to daily commutes…

Had to take a break from riding after Wednesday’s ride home. Right knee was a wreck and there was no way I was riding anywhere. Thankfully it feels much improved this morning, but the real test will be the ride home tonight. Getting old sucks. Ride in felt really good…
