You shouldn’t feel so responsible. You tried. You did something. That’s what counts.

Oof another big day in the saddle to cap off a huge week. Strava has be at just over 300 miles for the week which is pretty huge for me. This month will probably be the largest for the year. Despite all that I’m feeling really good albeit sore. Thankfully the only pain is muscle pain in all the right places. No joint pain or pain in places there shouldn’t be.

Taking tomorrow off to restock the office with clothes and groceries. Also just need to give the legs a little breather. Plan on picking the commutes back up on Tuesday, and a special morning commute on Wednesday over to Sanus Sports for a fit refresher.
