Breakfast Commute – 2022.03.18

As much as I enjoy my new commute loop, I still enjoy riding this former commute route. In my opinion, it feels like the new loop is really helping me with my overall fitness. Since picking it up at the start of the year I’ve been feeling stronger and faster and I attribute that, partially, to the long stretches of riding I get along LVB. Long efforts like that don’t exist on this old route. I’m always catching red lights and usually right when I get into a grove. Probably one of the reasons this route feels so much easier, not really putting in the same kind of effort as I usually do. Whatever the reason, had a great day of riding!

T-Minus 56 days until PCBR.
