Where’s the beef?

Yesterday I’d talked about adding a little spur to stretch out yesterday’s ride and I decided to go for it today. Basically this is a culmination of my past routes with new spurs to give it length. Reconfigured my bike computer to show my heart rate and kept targeting 160-162 to burn as much as possible. Did pretty good with 2:25 in Zone 4.
