If You’re Nothing Without The Suit, Then You Shouldn’t Have It

Finally back on the bike. Crazy the impact not having hot water has on the different aspects of you life.

Had a great first ride after a forced 3 week hiatus. It’s painfully obvious that I’ve lost A TON fitness wise over the break. Sucks because I was feeling so solid before. Just means more work to do to get it all back.

Before meeting up with the crew, I put on a couple extra miles riding down to the ride start. Spotted a beautiful coyote just hanging out along Solera Sky. Had to stop to snap a couple pics.

Felt good for the first 40 miles and then started fading after that. Thankfully riding with Mike and Mark, I was able to grab a wheel and just hold on.

Now get to relax for the rest some before cleaning up the garage after all the construction has left it a mess. Then a nice piping hot shower before bed and dreams of riding to work in the morning.
