Weekends are usually very busy for me. Daughter has horseback riding lessons on both Saturday and Sunday. Thankfully her Saturday lesson is late enough in the morning that I could get out early and put on some miles.
Of course this meant that I was up against a time crunch to get done while leaving enough time for our regular breakfast stop before her lesson. Did this same ride a few days back and knew it would only take a little over two hours at worst. Felt surprisingly good at the end. Made it up Democracy Demon without too much trouble. Glad I went out early because the heat really came on fast.
