Feeling so much better than last week, then again also 20 fewer miles than before. Surprising considering my heart rate was incredibly elevated. Before today I’ve never seen greater than 193. I averaged 192 for 5 minutes at one point with a overall high of 198!

Overall had a really good time and it was a great ride with a great bunch of people. One benefit of driving over to the start was the ability to hang out and socialize after the ride. Also gave Ms. Joy a lift home so she could hang out too.
