Climb the ladder to success, escalator style

Three rides in three days!? What in the world? Had Monday off so decided to put the free time to good use and put in a few more miles. I must be doing something right because I weighed in this morning and I’m down to 218.3. This is the lightest I’ve been in years. One concern I do have is that the weight that is coming off is more muscle than fat. May need to get back into the gym to correct that.
